A couple of months ago, some staff members discovered a bag of wooden blocks that were used by students at a Martial Arts school. We used them to make a series of layered paintings that have been drilled together in a patchwork fashion. This piece will be exhibited in our upcoming exhibition at City Hall. The opening reception is March 11 from 5:30 - 8:00 PM, and the work will be up through May 21.
