Wooden Quilt

A couple of months ago, some staff members discovered a bag of wooden blocks that were used by students at a Martial Arts school. We used them to make a series of layered paintings that have been drilled together in a patchwork fashion. This piece will be exhibited in our upcoming exhibition at City Hall. The opening reception is March 11 from 5:30 - 8:00 PM, and the work will be up through May 21.

The Fresh Prints

Today we began screen printing an edition of 500 postcards for our upcoming art show in Philadelphia's City Hall.

The opening will take place on Thursday, March 11th, from 5:30-8PM., and the show runs through May 21.

Sun prints

This Friday we made sun prints by putting objects on photo sensitive paper and exposing them to the hazy winter sun for five minutes. In photos: George, Hubert, Karen and Christina.
