Today we made colorful masks inspired by the traditional African masks we saw at La Salle University's collection. This project is part of our Cultural Collaborations partnership with La Salle University Art Museum.

Last night we held the opening reception for our Spring Art Exhibition at City Hall in Philadelphia. Over 200 people attended to celebrate the talent of the artists of the Cultural Arts Center. Special thanks to the group of volunteers from University of Georgia volunteers who helped out with our event!

Our art exhibition at Philadelphia's City Hall opens tomorrow, Thursday March 11th, from 5:30-8PM. Everyone is invited to attend and meet the artists and see their recent artwork. The show runs until May 21st.
Student volunteers from the University of Georgia spent a week working with PDDC as part of an alternative, service-based Spring Break. Today they stopped by the Cultural Art Center to help us make monotypes.
Today we screenprinted 48 posters for Dwayne's upcoming show at Space 1026. Dwayne's exhibition will feature 250 + paintings and a mural he will paint in the gallery.
